3. Motivate them to share new ideas. Be open & flexible

4. Stop micro-managing !

5. Adopt open comms. Culture

6. Support / Guide them .. Be their escalation point

7. Do not discourage them to explore (ways of working, techniques, etc.)

8. Continue to challenge them ..

9. Stop being Risk averse ..
