Last Saturday, I had the incredible opportunity to present at the PMI forum, where I shared insights and experiences in my session titled “Beyond Grades.” This forum brought together a diverse group of project management professionals who are passionate about exploring new concepts and methodologies in our field.
During my session, we delved into the idea that success should not solely be defined by grades or numerical evaluations. Instead, we discussed the importance of skills, experiences, and personal growth. In an age where project outcomes are often measured by KPIs and metrics, itโs essential to shift our focus towards holistic development.
For those who were unable to attend, I am excited to share the recording of the session. I believe that the content will resonate with many by offering a fresh perspective on project management and professional development.
I encourage everyone to reflect on their own definitions of success and consider how we can foster a culture that values growth and learning over mere grades. Letโs continue the conversation on how to redefine success in project management!
Thank you to everyone who attended and participated. I look forward to seeing how we can implement these ideas within our projects and teams.
